Jules On 3rd Apartments is Standard’s First in Idaho
Standard Communities recently completed its first U.S. ground-up development, a 173-unit market-rate multifamily building in Boise. It is Standard’s first investment in Idaho.
Standard partnered with River Caddis Development to construct Jules On 3rd Apartments. River Caddis Development and Standard are the co-owners and co-developers of the project.
Standard Communities, River Caddis Development and Ada County created a unique partnership designed to solve parking needs for the county while also increasing the availability of apartments in the rapidly growing downtown Boise core. Ada County is the owner and operator of a parking structure that sits directly below Jules on 3rd Apartments. The 374-stall parking structure includes 200 parking spaces for the county.
Encompassing most of a city block in downtown Boise, Jules On 3rd Apartments is an eight-story multifamily/mixed-use development with 173 units. The Opus Group is the design-builder, interior designer, architect and structural engineer of record.
