Marcus & Millichap Brokers $6M Sale of Fort Myers Shopping Center

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $5.7 million sale of Shops at Jamaica Bay, a 21,080-square foot multi-tenant shopping center in Fort Myers.

Located at 15245 S Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, the Shops at Jamaica Bay was built in 2007 and is fully occupied. The tenant roster at the center includes AT&T and Allstate insurance. The center is situated at the intersection of Tamiami Trail (U.S. Route 41) and Jamaica Bay Boulevard.

Jim Shiebler, James Medefind and James Garner of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was also a limited liability company.
