Realty Group, Law Firm Relocate Offices within Chelmsford

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston completed a 17,881-square-foot, long-term office lease at 2 Omni Way in Chelmsford, MA for a realty company and a law firm.

Matthew Quinlan, assistant managing director of brokerage, and senior advisor Alex Berger represented the tenants. They also both represented the landlord, 2 Omni Realty, LLC.

2 Omni Way is part of a three building Class B office/R&D portfolio on 18.94 acres in Chelmsford. The portfolio is located in the heart of Massachusetts’ high-tech region, with immediate access to Route 3 and Interstates 95 and 495.

“Since the first showing, it appeared the space worked well for the two firms to relocate without leaving Chelmsford and continue their growth together,” Berger said.

The tenants previously shared a lease at 11 School St. in Chelmsford, but recent company growth resulted in a need for more space.
