Faropoint Makes Second Chicago-Area Buy with Single-Tenant Industrial
Faropoint acquired a single-tenant, 64,002-square-foot industrial facility on 3.1 acres at 3325 Mount Prospect Rd., Franklin Park, IL. Tyler Ziebel, Steven Disse and Jeffery Devine with Colliers represented the seller. Faropoint was not represented in this transaction.
“This project is our second acquisition in our Chicago portfolio, which we just kicked off about two months ago,” said Jordan Kovalsky, who leads Faropoint’s Midwest operations. “This acquisition provides an opportunity to own and manage an asset with a long-term tenant in place, just south of O’Hare International Airport.”
Ziebel added, “Our group was extremely lucky to work with a great seller and buyer on this transaction in what ended up being a great deal for both sides. The property fits seamlessly into Faropoint’s national strategy and is a great addition as they continue to scale their Chicago portfolio.”
The tenant at 3325 Mount Prospect uses the property for national distribution.
