Longfellow Real Estate Taps Ben Sayles as Managing Director in Boston

Longfellow Real Estate Partners has tapped Ben Sayles as Managing Director for the Northeast. In his new role, Sayles will coordinate with Longfellow’s Partners to set and execute the strategy for the company’s continued growth and presence in the Northeast region with specific focus on the Boston and New York City metro areas.

Over the past two decades, Sayles has built an understanding of and track record within office, life science, and land investments in the Boston market. Specifically, he brings a significant knowledge focused on the life science sector, having relationships with key brokers, owners, developers and tenants in the market. A native of the Boston area, Ben has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in nearly $20 billion of commercial property transactions.
