Lee & Associates Plans Repositioning in Third Round of Assignments
Lee & Associates–Houston announces its third round of acquisition of office and industrial leasing/management assignments this year. The Lee & Associates–Houston landlord services team consists of three principal-level brokers, Jill Nesloney, Robert LaCoure and Chris Lewis, and an associate Bryce Adams. Shawn Harvey, managing director of integrated services, will head up the property management of the assets.
Houston’s Landlord Agency team picked up the following assignments in June 2021:
- 3200 Wilcrest at 163,696 square feet
- 5829W Sam Houston Parkway ranging from 23,000 to 27,000 square feet each, totaling about 275,000 square feet
3200 Wilcrest’s amenities include a deli, parking garage and on-site management. The team plans to make improvements and reposition the spaces.
“The plan for this building is to make a few improvements to make it stand out as the best value option the Westchase area,” said LaCoure. “We will implement a leasing and management strategy focused on technology and expedience.”
The business park at 5829 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. North is comprised of nine industrial and flex buildings, each about 23,000 to 27,000 square feet. The buildings were built in the early 2000s with a brick facade and constructed for light distribution.
