Tishman Speyer Launches “Founders at Studio” Program Downtown

Tishman Speyer has awarded eight minority founders a complimentary dedicated desk at Studio, the owner-developer’s brand of flexible coworking spaces.   The first class of “Founders at Studio” will work at one of the newest Studio locations at 175 Varick St. and have access to the full suite of Studio amenities including health and wellness, work-life balance and convenience services and community networking opportunities.

The inaugural class will also have exposure to other founders and other companies working out of the Studio space, which Tishman Speyer and the founders who applied for the program hope will lead to further innovation and ideas.

The eight founders lead a variety of firms. These range from a service that connects students with counselors and universities, to a company that creates melanin-rich skincare products and an organization that promotes multicultural diversity in the workspace.
