IPA Arranges Sale of 288-Unit Greenville MF Property

Institutional Property Advisors has arranged the sale of Vantage at Powdersville, a 288-unit multifamily property in Greenville, S.C. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located off Interstate 85 and South Carolina Highway 153, the three-story, garden-style property was constructed in 2019 on 23 acres. Units feature nine-foot ceilings and full-size washer and dryers. Amenities include garages, carports, storage units and a resort-style swimming pool.

Will Balthrope and Drew Garza of IPA represented the seller, Vantage Communities, in the transaction. The buyer was RK Properties.
