Procopio Cos. Inks 2,500-SF Retail Lease in Lynn

Real estate development and construction management firm the Procopio Cos. has inked a 2,500-square-foot retail lease with Soul City Yoga in Lynn, MASS.

Soul City Yoga will occupy space at the developer’s Caldwell multifamily development located at 34 Munroe St. in Lynn. The studio is the first retail tenant at Caldwell and will open its new location in November 2021. Soul City Yoga is a popular local fitness studio that has served the Lynn community since 2016 at two existing locations.

Caldwell offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with views of downtown Lynn and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include 100% Energy Star rated appliances, electric car charging stations, solar power production, optimized fresh air filtration systems and rooftop vegetable gardens.
