CXP Completes First Phase of Jersey City Tower Makeover
Columbia Property Trust (CXP) has completed the first phase of its ongoing redevelopment of 95 Columbus, the 680,000-square-foot office building in Jersey City’s Grove Street neighborhood. The full renovation is expected to be completed this fall.
CXP and architecture firm Spector Group are commencing the second phase of the renovations, which include creating a lounge area in the lobby with an array of seating options and WiFi access.
“We believe 95 Columbus will be a magnet for forward-looking companies seeking a premier office experience with the convenience and energy of its prime Grove Street neighborhood location, as well as its unparalleled easy transit access to suburban neighborhoods around the area,” said David Cheikin, SVP, asset management and leasing for CXP.
CXP has selected Cushman & Wakefield to market 95 Columbus’ availabilities, which include 200,000 square feet across five contiguous floors. Cushman & Wakefield is also marketing the available retail storefronts.
