Newmark Arranges $10M Sale of Atlanta Industrial Park

Newmark has arranged the $10 million sale of Cobblestone Business Park, a two-building industrial park in the Northwest Metropolitan area of Atlanta.

The 97,859-square-foot property is situated on a seven-acre site and features brick construction, 22-foot clear heights, nine loading docks and 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing. The building can accommodate contiguous space requirements from 5,000 square feet to 59,000 square feet. The property was built in 1998 and 2000 and is located at 100-110 Londonderry Court in Woodstock, GA.

Peter Everett and Matt Tritschler of Newmark represented the seller, Maybrook Realty Inc., in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
