CAA Renews 300K SF Lease at Century Plaza Towers
Entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) recently renewed its 302,911-square-foot lease in Century City. The tenant extended its lease term for an additional four years at 2000 Avenue of the Stars and Century Plaza Towers.
CBRE’s Amanda Calof, Pat McRoskey and Patti Gilbert represented the landlord, Entertainment Center LLC in the transaction. Creative Artists Agency was represented by Matthew Miller of Cresa.
“The renewal of this lease is indicative of the staying power and importance of the physical office,” says McRoskey.
Century Park is an iconic landmark in the center of Century City spanning 14 acres. The three-building collective features dining, arts and cultural events, and conference facilities. Tenants also have access to a private fitness club, banks, pharmacies, dry cleaning, 160 EV charging stations and grooming services.
