Cloud Tech Firm Relocates HQ from Hoboken to Jersey City

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term lease on behalf of Effectual at 111 Town Square Pl. in Jersey City. The tenant, which relocated and expanded from 12 Hudson Pl. in nearby Hoboken, now occupies 12,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the property.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mina Shehata and David DeMatteis represented the tenant.

“We identified the optimal solution in Jersey City in a space that was truly turnkey, modern and efficient, with panoramic views of the New York City skyline all within one stop of the Hoboken Terminal and Christopher Street PATH Station with exceptional public transportation and bike access,” said Shehata.
