The Oaks at La Cantera’s Location Wins the Day
Stonemark Management is now managing The Oaks at La Cantera in San Antonio. The community, formerly known as Alpin Park, features 124 one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 542 to 1,150 square feet. Four different floorplans including roommate layouts are available.
“The Oaks at La Cantera has a great location,” said Diane Gilbert-Guthrie, Stonemark regional vice president. “It’s (within) biking and walking distance to the University of Texas at San Antonio campus. It is also on the route of The Runner, USTA’s bus system, which returns this fall.”
The community is located at 15726 Chase Hill Blvd. Several shopping, entertainment and outdoor recreational venues are nearby as well as the Shoppes at La Cantera.
An exterior renovation as well as interior upgrades and renovations will be underway soon.
