MRP Realty Launches Heyday Properties Services Platform

Washington D.C.-based developer MRP Realty has announced the launch of Heyday Properties, an enhanced services platform that elevates the office experience for building owners and their tenants.

Currently Heyday Properties manages and operates three buildings, including its flagship location at 1501 M St., NW, with two more opening soon and further expansion underway. Grounded in hospitality and focused on customer service, Heyday aims to provide a new approach to building management. At the core of the platform is a focus on reducing friction in all processes and transactions of the office experience.

“There is an enormous opportunity right now for office to evolve through an experience and a service standpoint. Our development and management teams at MRP are reimagining the office space to better meet the current needs of the end user, especially as we support tenants in their return to work,” said Allison DiGiovanni, senior managing director at MRP Realty. “As an owner, manager, and tenant ourselves, we have a broad understanding of what is important to both landlords and tenants, and how service-based operations and a flexible leasing program deeply enhance culture, happiness, and efficiency for businesses.”
