City Lumber Upsizes in Relocation to Glendale

Norman Bobrow & Company managing director Josh Berger and director Alex Lubin have negotiated a new 12-year lease for City Lumber in Queens.

City Lumber will be moving its headquarters and warehouse to 84-00 73rd  Ave. in the Glendale neighborhood of Queens, taking  the entire 73,000-square-foot building plus an additional 32,500 square feet of outdoor space. The construction supply company is upsizing from its current 40,000-square-foot space in Long Island City.

“We’ve been exploring the market with City Lumber for a number of years and are thrilled that we’ve been able to secure a new headquarters in Glendale,” said Berger. “This building offers City Lumber an enlarged warehouse space and enhanced office that will help serve its growing customer base for the foreseeable future.”
