Biotech Firm Joins Tenant Roster at Alexandria Center
Biotech firm Immunai has inked a 12,288-square-foot office/laboratory lease at Alexandria Real Estate Equities’ Alexandria Center for Science and Technology, 430 E. 29th St. CBRE’s John Isaacs and Christopher Menard represented Immunai, which recently completed a $60-million Series A financing.
“We are starting to see more companies graduate from incubator space and establish their own presence in New York City and Immunai’s lease speaks directly to this trend,” said Isaacs. “Immunai is a very exciting company with a lot of potential in the immunotherapy space and we are thrilled to help them expand the life sciences sector of the city.”
Based in New York and Tel Aviv, Immunai is working on reprogramming the immune system to advance personalized medicine. “In securing this lease at the Alexandria Center for Science & Technology, our team will have the space needed to continue our cutting-edge single cell work,” said Immunai CEO Noam Solomon.
