Mattamy Homes’ Recent Buy Represents Further East Valley Expansion

Mattamy Homes recently acquired 85 acres in Queen Creek for $15.5 million. The deal is the first of a two-phase transaction that will include a total of 165 acres and deliver 533 new home lots to the national builder.

The new development, Empire Point, located at Gary and Empire roads, represents the homebuilder’s further expansion in the East Valley. Mattamy Homes plans to offer new single-family homes ranging from 35 to 55 feet wide with a central amenity area.

Land Advisors Organization’s homebuilding team of Bret Rinehart and Ryan Semro represented the buyer in the transaction.

“The expanding employment corridors located off the Loop 202 in the East Valley are continuing to drive demand for housing in the area,” says Rinehart.
