Kroger-Anchored Shopping Center in Roswell Trades for $21M

JLL has arranged the $20.7 million sale of Coleman Village, a 90,981-square-foot shopping center anchored by supermarket chain Kroger in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell.

Located on more than 12 acres at 800 Marietta Hwy., the center is currently 97% occupied. In addition to Kroger, the tenancy is comprised of a mix of national and regional service and restaurant tenants, including Starbucks, El Porton Mexican Restaurant, Attitude Fitness and Mavis Tire.

Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Andrew Michols of JLL represented the seller, Principal Real Estate Investors, in the transaction. The buyer was Georgetown Company.
