Sterling Bay Brings Hard Kombucha Pop-Up to Fulton Market
Sterling Bay and locally owned hard kombucha company Luna Bay Booch are bringing a seasonal pop-up to 160 N Morgan in Fulton Market. The 2,600-square-foot pop-up will retrofit a former bank into a coworking and event space.
Boochquarters, as Luna Bay has coined it, will offer users access to first=come, first-served collaboration spaces, a coffee bar, a quiet place to work during the day and a curated calendar of events for nights and weekends throughout the remainder of 2021. The company was co-founded in 2019 by two native Chicagoans, entrepreneur Bridget Connelly and kombucha brewer Claire Ridge.
“As a company born-and-raised right here in Chicago, Sterling Bay is excited to partner with a local brand like Luna Bay that’s shaking up its respective industry,” said Jessica Brown, director of leasing at Sterling Bay.
