Altman Cos. Divests from Odessa MF Property

National developer, builder and manager the Altman Cos. along with private equity investment manager Phoenix Capital Holdings have divested from Altís Grand at the Preserve, a multifamily community in Odessa, FL. The sales price was not disclosed.

Altís Grand at The Preserve consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 722- to 1,479-square-feet with private entry options. The Altman Cos. completed the development of the environmentally friendly residential community in June 2020. The property is National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certified.

Patrick Dufour of Newmark represented the sellers in the transaction. The buyer was LaSalle Investment Management.
