Will Pender

Adolfson & Peterson Hires Will Pender as Gulf States President

Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) recently hired Will Pender as president of its Gulf States region. With more than a decade of construction leadership experience and a portfolio that includes several major metropolitan projects, Pender will drive strategic business operations in Texas and the surrounding states including several high-profile projects such as the new PGA of America headquarters in Frisco.

“Thriving in the construction industry especially in an expanding market like Texas takes strong leadership, and we have found that leader in Will Pender,” said Jeff Hansen, CEO of AP. “Will’s business development skills and deep knowledge of the Texas marketplace along with his strong operations experience will be integral to keeping AP at the forefront of the construction industry.”

In his new role, Pender will leverage his 15 years of construction industry experience to lead all aspects of business performance including growth, operations, safety, quality, compliance, client relations and team member development.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
