Dayton Street Partners Adds Analyst as Business Continues Growth
Silas Holl-Epstein has joined Chicago-based Dayton Street Partners (DSP) as an analyst. Holl-Epstein will support DSP’s acquisition and development teams.
Before joining Dayton Street, Holl-Epstein worked at CA Ventures, focusing on underwriting ground-up speculative industrial developments. He began his career as an analyst for Draper and Kramer, assisting with the placement of more than $1.8 billion of debt and equity throughout all asset classes in the U.S.
“We are excited to welcome Silas to the DSP team,” said DSP founder and managing principal Howard Wedren. “We have experienced tremendous growth across multiple markets and Silas’s skill set will help us effectively evaluate new investments.”
DSP continues to grow its business, and recently expanded its portfolio with seven logistics-related acquisitions in the Southeast including assets in Miami, Orlando, Nashville, Charlotte and Tampa. The company will continue seeking properties that fall in line with its investment strategy, focusing on high growth-regions.
