Carvana Inks Lease at Nearly Five-Acre Site in Baltimore

Online car dealer Carvana has signed a lease at a 4.5-acre former truck terminal site located at 4901 Holabird Ave. in Baltimore. Carvana will use the site to stage and prep cars before delivery to customers.

The 4.5-acre property is fully paved and fenced and includes a 20,000-square-foot maintenance facility and parking for over 400 vehicles. It is located less than a mile from the Port of Baltimore with direct access to I-95.

Brian Siegel of Colliers’ Baltimore office represented ownership in the transaction, a joint venture between Elberon Development Group and The Avidan Group. The joint venture purchased the property in December 2020.
