J.C. Anderson Wraps Loop Buildout for Philanthropic Fund
J.C. Anderson recently completed an office buildout for The Chicago Public Education Fund at 200 W. Adams St. in the Loop.
Founded in 1999, the Chicago Public Education Fund is one of the nation’s first city-based philanthropic venture funds, and aims to improve Chicago’s public schools by investing in their leadership. Relocating from Suite 2150 within 200 W. Adams, the organization and its landlord selected J.C. Anderson to complete a buildout to the new space in Suite 1175.
Construction included the addition of private offices along with a divisible conference room. The space features large modular, high-collaboration conference rooms with Mirroflex sliding glass walls, a modern break room, private offices and open workstation areas.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive John Angelovich, project manager Matt Kantro and superintendent Mark Zawadaka. ARCHIDEAS provided the architectural services.
