CBRE Hires Colleen Pentland Lally as VP in Boston

CBRE has hired Colleen Pentland Lally as a vice president to focus on multifamily investment sales in Greater Boston. In addition, Patrick Stapleton has also joined the team as a senior analyst. In his new role, Stapleton will focus on underwriting new opportunities and assist with executing existing business. Stapleton joins CBRE from Walker & Dunlop.

Pentland Lally will provide unique expertise to international investors and developers entering the New England multifamily market. Leveraging global investment insights and 17 years of commercial real estate experience, she will assist the Greater Boston multifamily team in executing disposition assignments, joint venture structuring, and advising clients with her insights and market knowledge.

Colleen brings years of experience and understanding of international capital markets, which is continuing to play a larger role in U.S. multifamily investments,” said CBRE’s Simon Butler and Biria St. John.
