Foundry Software and Data Ownership is Upfront Expense

Commercial real estate CRM company, Foundry, has successfully completed beta testing. The software was crafted from the ground up by CRE industry veteran Rick Peltz and his team to support the brokerage community. Peltz spent 18 years as a chief information officer with Marcus & Millichap.

Foundry’s enterprise software solution provides ownership capabilities, complete with deal, property, CRM and prospecting management. The easily navigable platform is specifically designed for the CRE niche. It provides complete pipeline status management and real-time reports.

It differs from some CRM solutions in that there are no service contracts or recurring subscription fees, which makes it less expensive than those other options, Peltz says. He explains that with Foundry’s CRM software, a firm owns the software up front and it’s a done deal. “Buying your software up front is a significant expense, no question. However, it’s a capital investment and the end result is it’s paid off. You own the software and all the data,” Peltz says. “Subsequently, in two years or less, your company will reap the ROI. This is a guarantee made by Foundry.”
