Single-Family Rental Development is Springing Up in Humble

An assemblage of 16 acres located on the eastside of West Lake Houston Parkway in Humble will soon give way to approximately 160 units for a single-family rental development. Construction is beginning immediately.

The buyer was Houston-based Lēva Living LP. This will be Lēva Living’s first Houston development.

Avison Young’s Tommy LeBlanc and John-Michael Kamel of the firm’s Houston office represented the sellers, two local private individuals. The buyer was represented by Ryan Campbell Anderson of Orr Commercial.

“The city of Humble is a growing Houston suburb and this land is ideal for residential development as the population expands,” says LeBlanc. “A significant number of people in the region are looking for affordable rental options in new communities and this project will help fill that demand.” The site is bordered by Harris County Park on the north. Additionally, Atascocita Commons includes Kohl’s, Applebees, Walmart, Dollar Tree and Kroger.
