William Evans Leaves Cushman & Wakefield for Avison Young
Corporate services specialist William Evans joined Avison Young’s Washington, DC region as a Principal from Cushman & Wakefield. Based in the firm’s Northern Virginia office, he will continue to focus on providing strategic advisory and account management services to multi-market corporations, as well as government agencies.
Avison Young’s Josh Peyton says, “Over the past three decades, Bill has built a distinguished career by advising large and multinational corporations, as well as government agencies, with creative solutions that maximize the potential of their real estate portfolios.”
Evans brings 26 years of CRE industry experience, having coordinated office leasing transactions valued at more than $2 billion and involving in excess of 1,000 locations across the globe, while advising occupiers, the private-sector, and institutional and government owners. Notable clients have included: Amgen, NATO, GSA, Sprint-Nextel, ExxonMobil, as well as most federal agencies including the DOD, DIA, FBI, and EPA.
