WeWork Custom-Builds for Mass Appeal

WeWork partnered with the Mass Appeal, a media company, to build out a whole floor at WeWork Soho South, at 428 Broadway in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan.
The custom space includes 68 desks, five “edit suites” and a conference room, all fully stocked with professional equipment geared towards entertainment and advertising. There’s original art on the walls by artists like Tristan Eaton, Janette Beckman and Stikki Peaches.
“Some parts are pure WeWork design, such as the floor-to-ceiling glass walls that let light stream in through the massive windows on the north and west walls,” according to WeWork’s online magazine, “creator.” “Others are inspired by Mass Appeal, like the oversized Scrabble tiles near the reception desk, which spells out the company’s name.”
WeWork is also partnering with other companies, including Spotify, BuzzFeed, Salesforce, Microsoft and Marriott, to build custom office solutions.
