U.S. Memory Care Sells Four-Property Portfolio

U.S. Memory Care sold a four-property portfolio of seniors housing assets in Texas. The four assets, each containing 70 memory-care units and 75 beds, are in Cedar Park, Colleyville, Plano and Houston. Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers of Greystone Real Estate Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.

The buyer was not disclosed, however, Fort Worth-based Sagora Senior Living indicated it acquired the Colleyville asset at 8100 Precinct Line Rd. The new owner already renamed the property Ellery Arbor Memory Care.

Silverado has taken over management of the other three assets at:

  • 800 C-Bar Ranch Trail, Cedar Park
  • 10120 Louetta Rd., Houston
  • 3690 Mapleshade Lane, Plano

The properties were built between 2012 and 2015, and each 60,000-square-foot asset is situated on approximately 4.7 acres.
