Stream Plans 102K-SF MOB in Houston

Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners plans to develop Memorial Medical Pavilion (MMP), a five-story medical office building in partnership with Houston-based AMD Global, LLC (AMD) in Houston. The state-of-the-art medical facility in an off-campus, private setting will be built on a two-acre site in the heart of the Memorial Villages.

MMP is planned as a 101,744-square-foot, Class A MOB with a freestanding parking garage. The project is slated break ground in December 2017 and will be ready for occupancy in Q1 2019. MMP is just minutes from Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center and the Texas Medical Center.

Stream’s Rob Choksi said, “This will be an exclusive opportunity for physicians and healthcare operators alike to build out and lease clinical, surgical and diagnostic facilities in an outpatient setting.”

The joint venture partnership also includes Diamond Realty Investments, Inc., the investment arm of Mitsubishi Corporation.
