MOB to Go North at 100-Acre Development
The Davis Group and Elion Partners will build a 50,000-square-foot medical office building at the mixed-use CityPlace development in Woodbury, MN. The two-story building will be situated on four acres, between a Whole Foods-anchored shopping center and a Residence Inn by Marriott.
The Davis Group, based in Minneapolis, has two prospective anchor tenants for the project, and will begin pre-leasing the remainder of the building shortly. BDH+Young is the architect, and Timco Construction the general contractor.
CityPlace, at Interstate 94 and Radio Drive, is a 100-acre project being developed by Elion Partners of Aventura, FL. The site offers office space, retail and dining, in addition to the hotel.
