Medical Group Nabs 35K-SF Building
Peripheral Vascular Associates, the largest, single-specialty vascular physician group in the United States, acquired a 35,000-square-foot office property at 615 Soledad in San Antonio from VHS San Antonio Partners LP. The sales price was undisclosed, with property records assessing it at $4.2 million.
The owners have begun work on the property, and will relocate to the building after work is completed in spring. The group currently operates out of the Baptist Medical Center Hospital at 111 Dallas St., one block north of the new property.
