Health Clinic at the Greenwich Lane
Northwell Health will soon establish a new 22,000-square-foot community health facility at the Greenwich Lane, a new, 199-unit condominium located on 7 Seventh Ave. at West 11th St.
“We worked diligently with the entire Northwell team to create this state-of-the-art community facility to benefit the public,” said Michael Rudin, senior vice president of developer Rudin Management Company.
The health facility will open in 2018. The Greenwich Lane is a collection of five buildings and five townhouses centered on a 14,000 square-foot courtyard on the site of St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood.
