GGP Sweetens Deal with Lolli & Pops

Retail real estate company GGP Inc. partnered with confection company Lolli & Pops to open 30 new locations. Lolli and Pops is a mass-premium specialty retailer offering an assortment of confections, sweets, and gifts from around the world. Oh yeah, it is a pretty fun experiential place too, which has driven its remarkable growth.

The company is not only renowned for its high-quality, innovative sweets, but also a one-of-a-kind ambiance with exceptional service and hospitality.

“The true power of brick-and-mortar retail is the ability to enrich products with emotional and physical context,” said Lolli & Pops’ Sid Gupta. “At Lolli & Pops, our elevated in-store experience has been a key factor to our rapid growth, and we are excited to partner with GGP and play an integral role in their efforts to reinvent today’s shopping centers.”

To create an optimal customer experience, GGP curates each of its properties with a fusion of traditional retailers, e-commerce tenants expanding into brick-and-mortar, dining and entertainment.
