Evergreen Plaza Medical Sells for $51M
Evergreen Plaza Medical Offices, a 10-year-old medical office building in Kirkland, WA, has traded hands for $51.4 million. JSH Properties, headquartered in Seattle, sold the 95,234-square-foot asset to Chicago-based Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, according to public records.
Located at 11800 N.E. 128th St., the building is approximately one block west of the Evergreen Health Medical Center. The property is leased to medical and dental practices.
