Clothing Store Signs Leases on Staten Island and in Manhattan
CBRE recently completed two new retail leases for Patterns & Dots, a clothing store specializing in affordable women’s clothing. The boutique will be opening locations at 50 W. 14th St. in Manhattan and the Empire Outlets in Staten Island.
The CBRE retail brokerage team of Mike Kadosh and Lon Rubackin represented both Patterns & Dots and the ownership of 50 W. 14th St. In the Staten Island transaction, the CBRE team represented Empire Outlets.
“We are embarking upon an exciting expansion period and are delighted to open our first-ever Staten Island location at Empire Outlets,” said Carmen Wamre, SVP of stores at Patterns & Dots.
At 50 W. 14th, Patterns and Dots signed a 4,500-square-foot lease for ground floor space. The retailer also committed to 5,000 square feet at Empire Outlets.
