Her knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and the West Coast markets Kidder Mathews serves is extensive, a fact that hasn’t gone unnoticed, both in the community and by her peers. Her expertise as a leader and a savvy CRE professional garnered her several recent awards. Though a true testament to Benoit’s legacy is the fact that Kidder Mathews has earned more than 63 awards for being a “best place to work” by Puget Sound Business Journal, The Oregonian, San Diego Business Journal, and the San Francisco Business Times, to name a few. Overall, the firm has received more than 425 corporate awards and recognitions under her marketing leadership.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Benoit as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners in Seattle & Pacific Northwest. Benoit’s leadership style is to always seek to create a best-in-class culture and brand allowing the firm and to stand out in the industry and to better serve the firm’s clients.
