Women in Real Estate 2020: Lee & Associates’ Candice Chevaillier Spearheads Multifamily Growth

Earlier this year Candice Chevaillier, CCIM, was one of five veteran multifamily brokers who joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Service to launch a new Northwest Multifamily Team in Seattle. Chevaillier brought 16 years of commercial real estate investment sales experience in the Seattle market to her role as Principal of Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest, Seattle.

She is charged with spearheading the growth of the firm’s multifamily practice. A key focus of the team is bringing the sub-institutional private client sophisticated customer service often found in institutional investment markets.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates Chevaillier was a top broker for several other national and local brokerage firms including Marcus & Millichap, The Foundation Group, and SVN Whitecap.

Chevaillier has closed more than $140 million in commercial investment real estate sales encompassing 782 units across 93 buildings. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Broker’s Association (CBA) and the Rental Housing Association (RHA), and is active in the local Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and the Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) network.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Chevaillier as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners in Seattle & Pacific Northwest. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Chevaillier is also a Co-Founder and Principal at Commercial Analytics, a technology and research company delivering cutting edge apartment research in the Puget Sound.
