Women in Real Estate 2020: Greystone Brown’s Cory Caroline Sams Shows Remarkable Leadership Skills

Cory Caroline Sams joined Greystone Brown more than 10 years ago. Since then, she has successfully worked her way to become a Senior Director and the only female broker in the organization.

As the Senior Director, Sams focuses on Class A transactions in suburban and secondary/tertiary markets and urban B and C Class value-add opportunities throughout the Southeast. Sams is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about affordable housing.

One of only a handful of female multifamily real estate brokers in the Southeast, Cory has successfully assisted in the sale of more than 20,000 units and over $1 billion in transactional volume.

Sams has been recognized by peers as someone who leads by example, is hardworking and embraces challenges.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Sams as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
