Women in Real Estate 2020: Caton Commercial Real Estate’s Amy Hall is Encourager and Motivator

Since joining the Caton Team as COO in October of 2018, Amy Hall has been influential in the professional development of both brokers and administrative staff. Her 23 years’ experience in the commercial real industry has been instrumental in the firm’s achievement of a 32% year-over-year growth in sales for 2019 as well as the implementation of several industry best practices. Beyond business operations, colleagues say, Hall has a passion for the personal and professional development and continuing education of every individual at the firm. She initiated professional development plans for the brokers and staff, and is a constant encourager and motivator of individual and professional growth.

These are just a couple of the reasons we chose Hall as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, Hall has been tireless in her efforts to assist Caton’s brokers, staff and clients make educated business decisions and pursue applications for assistance. Her calm leadership and unflagging zeal in digesting and evaluating the onslaught of government publications and bureaucracy have been invaluable. Amy has insisted that the firm lead through the chaos, as trusted advisors, helping people navigate the maelstrom of unprecedented events and issues.
