Women in Real Estate 2020: Resolute Capital Partners’ Katherine Kane is In a League Of Her Own
Katherine Kane, Managing Director of CRE Acquisitions and Investments at Resolute Capital Partners, is a relentless force with her behind-the-scenes support and in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. Her understand of new market credit financing, ability to break down complex structured real estate transactions, and ability to concisely resolve intricate problems has helped her team, colleagues, and Resolute Capital Partners excel.
With 25 years of industry experience, Kane has amassed an array of skills and knowledge that has made her exemplary in leadership positions at reputable brokerage firms and finance companies in the New York and New England regions. Kane has ensured that her savvy and experience are not only utilized within the industry, but within her community as well. She is currently overseeing Massachusetts’s tax credit program and is financing the development of a 62-unit Court Street Workforce Housing Project in downtown Portsmouth, NH as board member and treasurer of Portsmouth Housing Authority.
