Women in Real Estate 2020: Cushman & Wakefield’s Deanne Munger Drives Change for Her Company and Clients

Over the course of her 24-year career, Deanne Munger has ensured that she is an invaluable asset as Managing Director to Cushman & Wakefield with her experience in lease administration, auditing, and management. She hasn’t let COVID-19 stop her either, seamlessly stepping into her new leadership role and improving her team’s capabilities, reach, and relationships with clients.

Munger played a central role in improving Cushman & Wakefield’s processes, utilizing her experience in the industry to improve the way audits were performed. She has earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike with her determination to maintain accountability and her meticulous work ethic. While performing an audit for a client, she identified and resolved multiple errors, obtaining a full refund without compromising the relationship between her client and the landlord.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Munger as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

She played a central role in winning Commercial Brokers Association of Massachusetts (CBA) – Deal of the Year for Cushman & Wakefield from 2016-2018. Munger also implemented a mentoring program at Cushman & Wakefield for new brokers and has used her new role to ensure that each broker, novice or otherwise, is given the support and guidance necessary to achieve success.
