Top Broker Honorees: IPA’s Will Balthrope and Drew Kile

Will Balthrope and Drew Kile, with Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors’ division, capped off 2019 with $1.3 billion in apartment sales, spanning 10,709 units. Balthrope and Kile lead the Texas multifamily division of IPA, and have for many years. The IPA team has responsibility for Texas and the surrounding states.

Since 2003, Balthrope closed more than $10 billion in multifamily transactions nationally, and appears frequency as a guest speaker at industry events. His client list includes REITs, pension funds, private investment companies, local and national investors, banks, special servicers and receivers. Kile has served in brokerage and management capacities within Marcus & Millichap, having opened the company’s Fort Worth office in 2007.
