Top Broker Honoree: Meridian’s Amit Doshi

Amit Doshi joined Meridian Investment Sales in 2018 as a senior executive managing director. To date, Doshi has sold over 1,800 investment properties with a market value in the billions, making him one of the most prolific and consistent producers in the New York City investment arena over the last three decades.

Including deals in contract, Doshi signed more than $377 million in sales in 2019, which was one of the most challenging investment sales markets over the past 30 years, due largely to new rent regulation laws. The deals closed by Team Doshi over the past 12 months comprised mainly rent-stabilized multifamily assets in New York City, and totaled 20 transactions. Together, these transactions consisted of 35 buildings spanning 1.6 million square feet.
