Top Broker Honoree: NKF’s Chris Mongeluzo

NKF Vice Chairman Chris Mongeluzo is recognized as one of the foremost real estate advisors to the New York City legal sector. In 2019, Mongeluzo and his team represented Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in a 530,000-square-foot headquarters lease at Tishman Speyer’s under-construction The Spire. The transaction was one of the largest leases signed in the past 12 months.

Mongeluzo’s noteworthy 2019 deals extend beyond the legal sector, as exemplified by a 650,000-square-foot deal for EY at the upcoming 1 Manhattan West. In all, he completed more than $2 billion in leasing transactions during 2019.
