Top Broker Honoree: B+E’s Camille Renshaw

Based in New York, Camille Renshaw is co-founder and CEO of B+E, noted as the first brokerage firm to offer an online trading platform for 1031 exchanges and net lease real estate. Over the course of a commercial real estate career that has seen Renshaw serve as head of sales for Ten-X and establish the New York office of the Stan Johnson Company, she has closed more than $30 billion in transactions.

This past May, B+E brokered the largest commercial real estate transaction by a digital platform with the $324-million Cabela’s sale-leaseback. The 11 Cabela’s properties represented more than 1.6 million square feet of space and an additional 277 acres of land. In all, Renshaw completed $430 million in deals during 2019.
