Top Broker Honorees: JLL’s Bo Mills, Mark Detmer and Ryan Sitov

Bo Mills, Mark Detmer and Ryan Sitov lead the Industrial Capital Markets practice for the Western U.S. at JLL. With more than 50 years’ combined real estate experience, the team handles complex dispositions, values asset acquisitions, and negotiates for the equity placement and recapitalization of industrial, business park and back office properties.

In 2019, they closed the largest non-portfolio sale in Inland Empire history for Big Lots at 1.45 million square feet. The team continues to work on Amazon assets throughout the country, closing a fulfillment center deal in Salem, OR last year for $105 million.

The team more than doubled its 2018 dollar volume of $1.57 billion, to surpass $3.5 billion of transactions in 2019, with square footage exceeding 27 million square feet.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
