As Vice Chairman and Western Region lead at Savills, Mark Sullivan is responsible for setting the strategic goals for the firm’s seven West Coast offices (six in California and one in Washington). In addition to his strategic leadership role, over nearly 35 years Sullivan has amassed a track record of executing a diverse array of transactions from mid-to-large-scale initiatives.

Sullivan’s hands-on approach to tenant representation has given him a unique understanding of the common pitfalls in commercial real estate, and the best solutions to address them. His team includes Josh Gorin and Andrew Lustgarten, along with Jordan Gaffney, Michael Wernick, Anthony Kendryna, Shannon Woodcock and Laura Whelan.

2019 saw the Sullivan-led team complete 80 transactions valued at more than $2 billion.
